  • The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
  • Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals. Unit for the row is “calories”.


Teams of 2

300/225 Cal Row 

200/150 Cal Bike

  • Get two machines and switch back and forth until the work is complete on both machines. 
  • Someone is on each machine at all times. 
  • If you finish the one machine before the other you and your partner can now rotate on the last machine until the work is complete.
