Fun workout today. We’ve been touching Oly lifts at the gym leading into the Open for about the last month. Percentages are starting to tick up and things are feeling a little more crisp each time! We’re just holding percentage lifts on the minute x 8 for both the clean and the snatch. I used 175 and 225 today. Nothing wild about the weights used but I feel like I’m starting to get my technique dialed back in and moving better! These definitely can get snappier and I can improve my speed, strength and positions on both of these with more work. Over a decade in and it’s still so much fun to play with these moves and improve on the little things!
