400m Run/1:1 Rest

600m Run/1:1 Rest

  • Rest the amount of time it took you to run the previous interval
  • If 200m takes :35 then rest :35 and then run the 400. The 400 takes 1:25 then rest 1:25 and then run the 600m. Rest the amount of time it took to run the 600m and then start back on the 200m for the next round
  • Score is total time
