Class Explanation

Goal today is to increase load on barbell across every set starting light on overhead squats and ramping up to a heavy single back squat. No rest or transition from one movement to the next

 

Overhead Squat

  • 1-1-1-1-1
  • New set every 2:00

 

Front Squat

  • 1-1-1-1-1
  • New set every 2:00

 

Back Squat

  • 1-1-1-1-1
  • New set every 2:00
