Tuesday Games Training

As many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes:

2 rounds:

 10 Dumbbell thrusters 45s/35s

 15 Toes-to-bars

 30 Double unders

Then, 2 rounds:

 10 Alternating dumbbell snatches 70/50

 15 CTB pull-ups

 30 Double unders

  •  Alternating thrusters/ snatches and toes to bar and muscle-ups between  every 2 rounds.
  • Score total rounds plus reps

Accessory

  • Rest 1:00 between intervals
