The first Open WOD drops Wednesday night! Level two will be off Fridays and doing a walk through Thursday. All level programming will run the same as usual with the exception of Saturday.
Saturday’s schedule through the Open March 9th- April 6th
9am All level class
10am All level class
11:30am- 1pm Open WOD heats

You can try the open workouts even if you didn’t sign up Saturday at 11:30. I encourage anyone who is even slightly on the fence to sign up for the Open. I’ve never heard of anyone regretting it.
