Exercise: Hang Power Snatch/lbs
Reps: 4×5
Comment: New set every 2:00 minutes
-feel hamstrings loaded, load the heel
-hit these fast and work on catching the bar high as possible in power catch

Strength

Exercise: Clean & Jerk/lbs
Reps: 4×2
Comment: New set every 2:00 minutes
-work on good power catch with footwork
-develop good transition from front rack to jerk position with hands/elbow
-go heavy on these

Metcon

5 rounds for time;
7- OHS (135/85)
30- double unders
