June 30th

The name of the workout today was “Can you finish this in 20 minutes?” It proved to be a difficult task. Several in each class completed the workout under the prescribed time with the majority of athletes battling the last few reps of the workout as time expired! The exception was the 7:30 class who murdered the workout and nearly everyone finished under the prescribed time limit. Athletes were scored on their time or how far they got in 20 minutes.
