June 28th

Today a very tough workout and great turnout for all the classes! Our skill/strength work brought back some movements we hadn’t used for a while sumo deadlifts and handstand push-ups. A few months ago Jim Lee showed us how to make a harness using bands that allows nearly everyone to get up into handstand push-ups! This was alot of fun for people who hadn’t previously tried the movement. Todays WOD tested mental as well as physical toughness. Previously we had done this workout starting at 21 and ending at 3. Today we reversed the order, and athletes found out that it was alot harder to climb up the ladder than down. Overall great performances by each class!
