June 27th

Today we revisited a very tough workout from April. After some skill work on ground to overhead technique, we took on a combination of Cindy rounds and clean and jerks that is a total body butt kicker. Dave and Mike decided to make it even more difficult and scaled up to 185 lbs squat clean and jerks. Times were 20 plus minutes for all but Dave Ulmer on this beast of a workout.
