June 23rd

Today’s theme was a full out attack on grip, back and pull strength/ endurance. The WOD was very basic, pick up the bar, set it down and run really fast. We had outstanding attendance today in all the sessions and it was highlighted by our 5:30pm session. For the first time in Rogue history we ran out of weight for the WOD. With deadlifts at 275lbs it was awesome to see the amount of athletes capable of going Rx’d! Be sure to stay hydrated tonight and throughout the day tomorrow… we want you back for more!!

SKILL
“Death By Pull-Up” for 15 minutes
1 pull-up on the 1st minute
2 pull-ups on the 2nd minute
3 on the 3rd
*Continue this pattern until you fail to complete reps in the minute
**After failure start over at 1 pull-up
