June 22nd

We had a great turnout at 7:30 on this hot and sticky tuesday! Pressing was the theme today in the skill and the workout! The WOD was a test of mental toughness and rewarded hanging on to the weight and not dropping it! The couplet of shoulder presses and kettlebell swings sounds simple enough, but some reported it as being the hardest workout they have ever done!
