The intensity in the gym was off the hook today. This short fast workout got our athletes fired up!! After alot of technique work, and a strength workout with power cleans we took on a workout that Jason Khalpia had murdered on the Crossfit Journal. Dave Ulmer came closest to matching Khalipa with a time of 3:02 rx’d. The WOD was scaled for athletes to do it under 10 minutes. Great start to the week!
