******Happy Fathers Day*******
Today we took a little time during the skill to reacquaint our selfs with the floor press. Each athlete used a spotter to ensure safety and help push them through the last couple reps on each set. The WOD was a push pull combo that became alot more difficult after the first couple rounds. Post workout Mike and Phil had a “Grace off” and raced to 30 clean and jerks with 135. Mike edged Phil out with a 1:55 but Phil got a personal record with a time of 2:30. Great job guys!
