June 19th

Today we had a great turn out for the team workout! Each team battled hard and everyone seemed to push just a little bit harder than usual in a format that resembled a Affiliate cup event. The intensity and comradery was awesome. Great job Whitney and Josh on your first workout straight out of elements it was a tough one!

WOD
Teams of 4
-complete each exercise as a team in order for time
70 yard tire flip down and back (Done as a team)
* Two athletes work two rest must complete exercise to move on to next.
*200 barbell thrusters (45/35)
*150 Push ups
*100 Box jumps 24/20
*75 Burpees
70 yard overhead plate walking lunge down and back (25lbs)- One athlete at a time, team follows and another athlete picks up plate where the previous athlete stops
2000 m row- One athlete rows at a time
