Todays sessions focused on mid-line stabilization. Plank holds in the warm up, overhead squats with empty barbells and l-sits in the skill got our athletes mid sections warmed up for the workout. The kettlebell swing and medicine ball throw ab-mat sit up combination kept athletes constantly moving the entire workout. It may hurt to laugh a little bit tomorrow.
