March 17th

Today there was a really fun energy in the gym! Presses and rope climbs were the skill of the day, 10 girls climbed the rope, including several first timers! The WOD favored our lighter, and more running based athletes! Caitlin killed the workout during at noon getting the best time in a very strong group! Mike wore a 30 lbs weight vest and used a 70 lbs kettlebell for swings during the workout and still posted a very solid time!
