Crossfitters must love warm weather! We packed the gym full each class today with athletes and INTENSITY. Today’s workout was a test of explosiveness and upper-body strength. Think pullups are easy? Try touching your chest to the bar. Push-ups not too tough? Try touching your chest to the ground then clap your hands at the top. It was a blast to coach and watch the athletes go at this workout today and give 100%. Keep up the work everyone, those o-lifts are getting better across the board.
