March 8th

We had some fun today with the athletes and tested some different skill/core strength. Who would have thought that holding a push-up plank in the rings could burn your abs so bad? It was awesome to watch as we had 4 more girls at Rogue make it up to the rafters on rope climbs. Thanks to some helpful coaching tips from Caroline, were learning how to use those legs much more on rope climb ascents.

Ring Plank Hold (4 sets of :30 sec)

“Clean & Jerk”
men= 115lbs
women= 65lbs
*1 c&j on 1st minute, 2 c&j on 2nd minute, 3 c&j on 3rd minute, etc… keep this going until you are unable to complete the amount of reps inside the minute.
