January 14th

Today at Rogue there was an emphasis on technique. During the skill portion of our workout we worked a turkish get-up progression that had our most of our athletes looking very solid in the movement by the end. Olympic weightlifting Coach Mark Canella came into our 6:30 strength and conditioning session and helped us work on our set up, bar path and sweep on the power clean. The day ended with a packed 7:30 class that rocked out the WOD!
