Graham Holmberg brought some new idea’s over from his Westside Barbell power lifting certification today. Our strength consisted of 5 sets of 2 reps of sumo style deadlifts. Rogue Athlete Todd Marte loved the new technique and decided to set a PR today on his deadlift. The workout today was intense consisting of 5 rounds of 275/185 deadlifts, 5 burprees, 10 overhead box step ups, and 45 lbs bar jump squats. Athletes preformed well in this little master piece of a workout by Graham Holmberg!

Strength and conditioning sessions here at Rogue are an opportunity to get extra attention on weak spots in your game. Today we had 5 sample workouts and work with athletes on all sorts of technical gymnastic movements as well as weightlifting! The slide show below is an example of some things our athletes worked on, box jumps, clean and jerk, and handstands on the paralettes!
