It was cold outside but the rogue athletes warmed things up inside! It was an exciting day as 7 new people started the elements cycle, so we should have some new friends for you guys to play with starting next week! The triplet of power snatches, parallette dips and jump rope barely slowed down new comer Dave Ulmer. This guy has a V-12 engine and will be competing in the sectional qualifier in March. He will be a name to watch throughout the qualifiers this year!
