Jan 10th

Our first Sunday workout of the year brought a strong group of capable verterns and two ohio state wrestler drop ins! I have trained Brian on and off for two years, he brought another very capable athlete in fellow OSU wrestler Robel! In my opinion wrestlers make some of the best crossfitters and are some of the most funtionally strong people you will ever meet! Today I decided to jump in and workout with the group (no pictures)!  It Great way to spend a sunday evening!
Warm up- 10-1 swings, push ups, box jumps
Skill- Press 1.1.1.1.1.1.1
WOD- 6 rounds 3 push jerk (135/95) 6 burpees, 9 pull-ups
