“Our WARM-UP is harder then your WORKOUT” Is an infamous quote that is found or spoke about in every Crossfit box. Today it held true with our 4 rounds of 500m row and KettleBell walking lunges. Our athletes slowed down quite a bit when it came time for the WOD. The challenge of both Handstand push ups and single leg squats (pistols) continued our theme of awkward functional movement from yesterday. Savanna Wilson had a notable performance notching 8 full rounds nearly rx’d with just a little assistance from a block to bounce off of on the pistols!
