January 5th

Today was a very interesting day. We reintroduced the supplemental strength and conditioning sessions. We also had a workout in which the awkwardness broke down our strongest athletes with light weight. The strength and conditioning sessions were alot of fun, our athletes got to use some unique equipment and do some exercises brought over from Louie Simmons west side barbell power lifting cert!
WOD-strength 5X2 snatch grip deadlift, and 5X1 power snatch. 3 rounds of 21 dumbell squat snatches right arm, 21 push ups, 21 dumbell squat snatches left arm, 21 push ups
