Workout

Strength- As requested 🙂

5×5 rope pull ups

5X10 ring dips

WOD- 10 Rounds with a partner
20- wallball
10- burpees
20- kb swing
10- box jumps
20- ball slams

Today was a high energy team workout that was alot of fun. Today we had 5 teams going at it, the pace was fast and our athletes were going at it full throttle. Chris and Scott’s team edged out the field! Saturday’s are some of our funnest groups i encourage everyone to come out if you get a chance on Saturdays!
